The website is alright overall. I was able to find most of what I needed, but maybe it’s just me, the menus felt a bit confusing in some spots, and a few pages seemed slower than I expected. It’s not a bad site at all, just a little annoying to browse at times

I ordered hair from hairgang.com a while back, maybe two or three months ago? I can’t remember the exact date, but I’ve been using it regularly since then. I wash it and heat style it about once a week, and it’s still soft and doesn’t tangle too badly. The only reason I’d give it 4 stars is because the ends got a bit dry earlier than I expected, but a quick trim and some good conditioner sorted it out. Overall, I’m happy with how well it’s lasted...

My order arrived looking beat up, and the packaging really stood out in a bad way. The box was bent, the tape was already coming loose, and there wasn’t much inside to keep anything secure. It just gave the impression that it had been packed quickly without much care. Maybe the product itself is fine, but when something shows up like that, it’s hard not to feel disappointed, especially for the price

They’ve got a decent mix of hair products, but I was hoping to see more options from certain brands. It’s not a bad place to shop, just felt a little limited for what I was looking for. I also don’t really trust customer service to be super helpful if something goes wrong, so I’d probably only buy here if I already knew exactly what I wanted.

I ordered the 20 inch extensions and measured them when they arrived because I’d seen a few people mention length in reviews. Mine were pretty much spot on, maybe just a tiny bit uneven at the ends, but nothing that bothered me much. Overall I’m happy with them. I do wish the packaging felt a little nicer though. I gave it 2 stars because the hair was okay in the beginning, but once I started trying to style it, I got frustrated. Like, it looks fine if you just wear it one way, but I wanted to switch things up a bit, curls one day, straight another day, that kind of thing. The curls didn’t really hold well, and then when I tried straightening it, it started looking kind of dry. Not terrible, but not what I was hoping for either. Maybe it works better for someone who doesn’t style it much, but for me it just didn’t really do what I needed...

I’ve noticed the texture isn’t always exactly the same from bundle to bundle. Some feel a bit softer, others are slightly different, so... it’s not a huge issue, but it is something I picked up on

I tried wearing it for the first time yesterday, and after about 20 minutes it started feeling way too tight. By the end of the hour, it was actually hurting my head, so I had to take it off. I was hoping it would loosen up, but it just wasn’t comfortable for me.

To be fair, this might work better for someone with a different hair type, but for me it wasn’t worth it. My hair ended up feeling thin and flat instead of fuller or healthier, so I was disappointed.
